2. Account Responsibility
When you create a Kemo IPTV account, you are solely responsible for:
- Credential Security — maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any M3U/Xtream login credentials provided to you.
- Authorized Access — ensuring that only you use your account. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
- Account Activity — all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately.
Each subscription is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute access to your account.
3. Fair-Use & Device Limits

Exceeding your connection limit will trigger our automatic session management system. The oldest active session will be disconnected to accommodate the new connection. Persistent overuse may result in a temporary account review.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action:
- Commercial Exploitation — reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing Kemo IPTV subscriptions or stream access in any form.
- Rebroadcasting — streaming, mirroring, or rebroadcasting content from Kemo IPTV on any public platform, website, or social media channel.
- Recording & Redistribution — recording, downloading, capturing, or redistributing any live or VOD content accessed through our service.
- Automated Access — using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated tools to access, extract, or interact with our service or servers.
- Reverse Engineering — attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code, architecture, or infrastructure of our servers and streaming technology.
- Network Abuse — deliberately attempting to overload, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of our servers or network infrastructure.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
Kemo IPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:
- Terms Violations — any violation of these Terms of Service will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
- Credential Sharing — unauthorized sharing of login credentials will trigger an automatic line lock, temporarily disabling all active sessions. Repeated offenses result in permanent account termination.
- Fraudulent Activity — chargebacks, payment disputes filed in bad faith, or fraudulent account creation will result in permanent banning.
- Abuse of Service — any activity that negatively impacts service quality for other users.
In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
6. Service Availability & Uptime
Kemo IPTV is committed to delivering a reliable streaming experience:
- 99.9% Uptime Guarantee — we guarantee our servers will be operational and accessible at least 99.9% of the time in any given calendar month.
- Scheduled Maintenance — planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via our official status channel and email notifications.
- Incident Response — in the event of an unplanned outage, our engineering team operates 24/7 to restore service as quickly as possible.
- Uptime Credits — if we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime commitment in any calendar month, affected users will automatically receive a prorated service credit.
7. Modifications to Terms
Kemo IPTV reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. When material changes are made:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- For significant changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
- Continued use of Kemo IPTV after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international digital service regulations. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Kemo IPTV shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
